
Life used to be all about extremes for me. Every weekend meant pizza and movie marathons (don't get me wrong, I still love them!), and weekdays were a mad dash to get everything done.
I was constantly exhausted and stressed. But then, things changed. I started finding a happy medium in everything. I still enjoy pizza, but maybe not every Friday. I make time for work and relaxation, and guess what? I feel amazing! I have more energy for the things I love, and I actually savor those treats when I do indulge.
Moderation isn't about deprivation; it's about finding the sweet spot that keeps me happy and healthy ⚖️.
I believe in it too.
Being neutral is a good thing.
