Making a list of activities helps me a lot in reducing the stress. I too believe in reaching early for the meetings and don't like to work under pressure. In fact, I just cannot work in such a situation. I plan my activities well in advance and complete them comfortably. Even I am poor in multitasking. I can complete one work at a time.
