I started following a fixed routine for the last two years. I am experiencing a healthy life by doing proper exercise and by following a diet plan.
Earlier my eating habits and lack of physical activities made me dull and weak. However every activity has its advantages and disadvantages.
I will start with cons first.
I am leading a monotonous life having a fixed schedule daily. Eating, exercising, going to work, everything seems so boring. I think I am a robot.
Pros, I have already mentioned above. I have not gone to see a doctor for any illness since I started this routine. My body is tuned. I feel energetic. All is fine.
I need to find ways to break the monotony, rest life is good.
