A sense of complete peacefulness, what a great feeling it is. Meditation is magical. Sometimes even after meditating, I feel anxious. I don't know why it happens with me.

@Daniel Khristov Meditation is the best way to keep your mind calm. Don't bother if you feel anxious even after doing meditation. As you are giving time for meditation your mind will automatically heal itself. Regularity is important.
