A coin has two sides.
I am sure this happens to all of us on a daily basis but we never give a thought about it? Why do we ignore such an important aspect of life?
I am writing this post with regards to the opinion or impression we make about the persons we meet in day to day life. Be it office, society, school or family we always make an opinion for the third person instantly without listening to his side of story.
One of my colleagues with whom I was quite comfortable in the office told me something about the third colleague. He did not say good words about him, instead he built a different picture altogether. Only when I interacted with the third colleague, I came to know the reality.
Lately, I have realized that we should listen to both parties before coming to any conclusion. This has helped me a lot in making my relationships simpler yet stronger than before.
Are you taking into account stories of both sides? Share your thoughts and experiences.
