7. Have you changed your food preferences as per other people's suggestions?
My core objective to ask the above questions is to make you aware that you can't change the food habits of other people. So there is no point in suggesting or criticizing them. The more you criticize the more your relationship gets sour. This is my experience.
At the end of the day, let people eat what they want to eat because they grew up eating the same food. No need to change their old habits which their parents and grandparents have given them.
Yes, in case if you are a doctor or a certified nutritionist you can suggest them. People will benefit from your expert advice immensely in that case.
