Unlearning is as important as learning. To make space for learning new concepts, I keep unlearning things that are no more required.
The following are some of them: a) False beliefs
b) Outdated information c) Bad habits
When you get rid of the above you learn new skills, practice new habits and get to know latest technologies. Sometimes relearning may be required to update the current information.
For example- I try to keep on learning new features of MS- Excel and Word. These features prove really useful in today's life.
Learning, relearning and unlearning is an ongoing process. I hope you agree with me.
