Feeling liberated after 5 years.

I am happy because the Director of my workplace has finally retired. In last five years he made everyone's life hell by creating problems of all sorts. Under his direction:

a. company could not grow,

b. employees did not prosper,

c. lot of partiality was experienced and

d. corruption was at its peak.

Now hoping for a dynamic person as a Director who can lead in the interests of the organization and its employees.
