Last week, I purchased a mid-range smartphone from one of the reputed brands. I was enjoying it a lot but at the same time, it was getting heated. It was uncomfortable to hold. So, I went to their service center and they updated the software. It was still heating up. I requested a replacement and they asked me to wait or come back in a couple of hours. To my good luck, they confirmed the replacement. Now, I can go for a replacement or buy some other model of the same value. I am really happy I got the replacement otherwise I would have to use it.

Hey, Congrats. I too got a refund from a book store. Though the amount was negligible but satisfaction level was the highest.

@Pankaj good job done. I believe you can even ask for a refund as you mentioned it is a reputed brand. Negotiate with them. All the best.
