We all want to be happy in our life. Isn't it?
Most of us try to get happiness by acquiring power, money, fame, possessions and through relationships. The problem with this way of thinking is that nothing outside yourself can ever make you happy.
We need to shift the focus to making inner, not outer, changes. Never make your happiness dependent upon the behavior of others.
I find my piece of happiness from the following activities:
a) Doing regular exercise, yoga and meditation
b) Reading books
c) Helping and serving others
d) Guiding the young ones and seeking advice from elders
e) Having proper balanced diet, and
f) Practicing gratitude
