These past few months, publicly sharing personal development experiences has been helpful.
Why? The conversation gives you permission to engage in an open conversation and ponder questions you might have never considered.
You also have an opportunity to find new ways to capitalize on more of your talents. You also have an opportunity to enhance your quality of life.
Continuing to learn about how mastery comes by sharing your expertise has also been helpful
These experiences in personal development and learning benefited me in 3 ways:
✅I discovered the opportunity available by using my expertise in learning.
✅ I developed habits that helped me work more productively.
✅ I paid more attention to my health--specifically nutrition.
This last benefit was life changing. Making several changes in nutrition resulted in my Dr. taking me off of cholesterol medication. This is a big deal since heart disease runs in my family.
How did this happen?
A friend asked me to help produce an online nutrition and wellness program. Not wanting to be a hypocrite, I wanted to used the methods he teaches.
2 months later, many chronic health issues disappeared.
***What (or who) do you not pay attention to that might improve your quality of life? #learning#resiliencepractices

Hello Jain, I followed a raw vegan diet.
@Lynn Miller Madam, I read your article. Its is really mind blowing. I have a few people in my family who are suffering from heart diseases. Could you guide us in the nutrition area like what is best to eat and what should be avoided? Because doctors have a conventional theory about heart practices that does not help much.
@Lynn Miller very inspiring
