This post is entirely based on my personal experiences. I see so many benefits of trust in my life. Generally, we do not pay much attention to it but it plays a major role in our lives.
Trusting is both ways, you gain trust of others and you provide trust to others. Both are equally important. Trust is one thing that can't be built overnight. It takes months and years to gain the trust of others.
Once you trust something or someone starts trusting you, life becomes even more purposeful. Things become easy. You start getting importance in society.
There are various forms of trust between:
1. The employer and employee.
2. Parents and their children.
3. Wife and husband.
4. Siblings.
5. Neighbors.
6. Product/ service and the user.
7. Government and its citizens.
8. Organizations and its clients.
9. Teachers and students.
10. Relationships.
12. Countries.
13. You and your pets.
On the contrary, trust once broken can't be gained back. The other party will never consider you trustworthy anymore. Even if you make a million efforts to repair the relationships, it will not work. So one has to be careful in it.
Throughout life people are in the process of gaining trust of others and vice versa. Sometimes people gain trust immediately due to their previous generations which is quite acceptable.
So, I value trust a lot in my life. What about you? Share your experiences of trust to make this discussion going.
